In-process inspection is the duty of inspecting a part while in the process of manufacturing it. We also ensure that every instrument used to measure is fully calibrated on a regular basis.

Our quality control and inspection department handles the inspection of the first finalized part of every job. We verify the finished part against the original schematics & one passed, the remainder of the work order can begin.

Every part then goes through a final inspection process where final approval is granted and parts are ready to ship. The documentation for every order is also inspected for complete & final accuracy.
